The archaeological site of Saint-Romain-en-Gal is one of the largest ensembles dedicated to Gallo-Roman civilization in France. On the 7 hectare cultural park are thermal baths, workshops, houses, shops that have been updated since 1967. The museum is organized around four rooms, the history of old Vienna, economy and crafts, mosaic and daily life in the Roman house. The restoration workshop responsible for conserving the mosaics is now internationally recognized for the quality of its work.

Founded in the sixth or seventh century, the Abbey of Saint-André-le-Bas was one of the most important monasteries in the Diocese of Vienne in the Middle Ages. Be sure to check out the cloister.
