The Manda bridge allows this location to cross the Var thanks to a road but also a secure and shared pedestrian-cycle space. To the West a paved cycle path, on the East bank the path is made of stone and pebbles (accessible by gravel or mountain bike)

The village is a great contrast to the nearby bustle of the nearby coast.

The Var is a coastal river that crosses the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region before ending its course in the Mediterranean. Its source gushes out at Estenc, at 1,790 meters, in the Alpes-Maritimes. Curiously, it does not flow in the Var department which bears the same name. You step over it here on the Manda bridge.

The colorful village of Aspremont is an excellent stop on the various hiking routes that pass there. In addition to its old town perched on a rock, you will find an abundant supply of shops to rest and eat.
