A quiet connecting road without a dedicated bike path between the towns of Wehe and Nordel. It's a pleasant ride on really good, smooth asphalt.

Suitable for road cycling in both summer and winter. Caution: after rain or damp weather, the road through the small wooded area remains wet for a very long time.

The Wehe post mill (Mill Route No. 22) is probably the oldest windmill in the Minden-Lübbecke district that has been continuously documented at its current location. First mentioned in 1370, it has been documented in its current form as a post mill since 1650. It was powered by wind power until 1944, and from the beginning of the 20th century onward, it was powered by motor power until it was shut down in 1953. After years of decay, it was completely dismantled in 1982 and faithfully rebuilt years later, operating as it did before the "modernizations" that began in 1850. Since 1991, it has belonged to the Minden-Lübbecke District Mill Association. Since then, the mill has hosted regular milling and baking days, festivals, and cultural events. The mill can also be viewed from the outside at any time.

The cycle path is easy to ride on a road bike if you want to avoid the road.
