The second garden, known as "Goualoup", has hosted the International Garden Festival since 1992. As the seasons change, this annual event (from April to October) has become an unmissable meeting point for new, contemporary garden designers: landscape architects, set designers or gardeners. Each year has its theme, which the artists bring to life with originality and imagination. The park and the International Garden Festival of Chaumont-sur-Loire were awarded the "Jardins Remarquables" (Remarkable Gardens) and the "Arbres Remarquables" (Remarkable Trees) label in 2011, thanks to the exceptional cedars that adorn the Domaine's park.

A picturesque Catholic church. The church consists of a nave ending in a flat apse, and flanked by a south aisle. The building must date from the 12th century, as evidenced by the double-arched west portal and the sculpted modillions of the south wall. A freestone bell tower was erected against the south wall in the 14th century. At the beginning of the 16th century, addition of a south aisle forming four chapels, the last of which was transformed into a sacristy at the end of the 17th century. The stained glass windows in the chancel and the north wall of the nave are said to be the work of a glass painter named "master of Saint-Jacques. Was built in the 12th century, then rebuilt in the 17th century.

Chaumont is also interesting for its aesthetic quality, but also for its setting (gardens, stables, hamlet, etc.) and the famous people who have stayed there (Proust, Sarah Bernard, the Sha of Iran, Germaine de Staël on the run, etc.).
