We arrived at 12:00, which was at least 90 minutes late, even though there were occasional breaks in the clouds. But we did miss the cloud-free view a bit 😒 There's a seating area at this point. Very nice views along the way and the pool is really worth seeing! However, it is more or less exclusively uphill and then downhill, making it a quite sporty hike despite the short length! The Canal des Orangers is a path that connects Sans-Soucis to the islet of Orangers along the impressive wall of the Cirque de Mafate. This path is quite dizzying but remains relatively flat and does not include any particular difficulties. It offers a unique panorama of the circus as you go deeper into it.

Before descending to Îlet des Lataniers, it is worth making a short detour to the Ravine des Orangers. This place is not only ideal for a break, but also for a refreshing swim in one of the pools.
