We wanted to do this loop. But after the summit going towards the "Col de Seysse" we followed the Komoot route which directed us to the ridge. At one point the path got lost, and we would have had to go down very steep and very exposed ravines. We gave up and went back on our tracks. Another serpentine path, next to the ridge is closed because of the pasture. As a result this "Loop" is not recommended and should be removed from Komoot!

Once you reach the summit pastures, it offers magnificent views of the Trièves, the Vercors massif and the Dévoluy massif. On a clear day, you can see Mont Ventoux.

The restaurant 'La Terrasse' directly at the campsite has a nice menu (also with Asian dishes). In addition, a very large selection of beers (mainly Belgian)

For me one of the most beautiful roads in France. It starts along the river. Little by little, the landscape becomes more and more deep. Then come the tunnels dug into the mountainside and the bridges whose technical feats we had to deploy to build them. Leaving the gorges, the road continues through the charming village of Glandage. The last kms of climb finally take place in the atmosphere of a small alpine pass

The only gateway to Dévoluy from the South of France, giving access to ski resorts. Wide, well maintained, and fast road. Prefer the descent N> S.
