Called Villa Mors or Square Tower. This vast seaside residence of neo-Gothic inspiration was built in 1905 by the Mors brothers, Émile and Louis, pioneer engineers in automobile design. The villa is composed of a juxtaposition of volumes animated by projecting elements: turret, bow window, loggia, raised terrace. The main south-east façade is flanked by a square tower, hence its name, which houses the grand staircase.
