This magnificent manor was built by Georges Bisson, former cheesemaker and mayor of Livarot, at the end of the 19th century. It is surrounded by a park with more than 100 species of trees, some of which are exotic. You can admire the architecture of the manor, inspired by the neo-Louis XIII style, and discover the history of the region's cheese industry.
