This small chapel is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, who in France is almost always venerated under the title "Notre-Damère" (which corresponds to "Our Dear Lady" in German). The small Marian shrine, built in a beautiful location overlooking the sea, is dedicated to all those lost at sea. Numerous votive tablets and ship models displayed here bear witness to the gratitude for those rescued.

At the moment (today) 9/15/2022, no access. Forbidden to enter due to fire hazard. Was very kindly pointed out today by 2 park rangers. In the event of an infringement, the Police Municipal will come. Costs per person around €150. There was the Narbonne fires a while ago. Would have liked to have attached 1 photo. It does not work. Addendum to yesterday. At the moment the La Clape Mountains are closed to everyone and everything. And that until further notice. Forest fire risk too high.
