Beautiful route between the canal and the river. Sheltered from the wind and cool in summer. The surface is very good except for a few tree roots that sometimes leave bumps. Chances are you'll see birds and ducks very close by.

The closer you get to the actual source, the stronger the blue color of the crystal clear water becomes!

Church built in 1706 which was then rebuilt and enlarged over several periods until 1859. From a distance, you can see its beautiful roof made of glazed tiles of several colors.

Set back from the street, don't miss this 18th century castle built for Gaspard de Clermont-Tonnerre, one of Louis XV's marshals. Its glazed tile roof is particularly beautiful and is one of the elements listed in the inventory of Historic Monuments. Today it is the town hall of Vauvillers.

A true mystery of life. This pond is actually a sinkhole, but instead of being bottomless, it is only 35m deep. Its crystalline turquoise hues hide a mystery: the water remains at a mild temperature of 11°c, summer and winter alike.
