The Chapelle Saint-Marc in Saint-Marc, Brittany, is set slightly back from the bay of the same name. This church and Pommorio Castle are connected by a direct path, and the large gate at the beginning of the path, which has no protective character, separates them. It is interesting that this church is dedicated to St. Columba, an Irish-Scottish monk. We have rarely found these monks in this area, but we know them well from our homeland of Austria.
