Castle built in the 19th century on the foundations of a previous castle dating from 1786. It was acquired in the 1970s by Jean-Bedel Bokassa, leader of the Central African Republic famous for the diamond business. The latter was placed under house arrest after his dismissal in the 1980s. Sold after his death in order to pay off the dictator's tax debts, it is currently used as a place for the organization of events. You can only see one side from the road. But the other facade overlooking the park and the gardens is more impressive with the towers of which only the capitals can be seen.
