Highly recommended despite the nearby federal highway. The cycle path is wide enough, there is a few meters distance to the federal highway, good asphalt, and there are a few mountains to the south. Clearly recommended.

The burial church of the two saints is one of the oldest Christian places of worship in Bavaria and has been a place of pilgrimage for well over 1000 years.

Since the main road is a nightmare for cycling, this route is a very good alternative. There is hardly any traffic here and you can get through the town quite easily.

The small road from Neukirchen to Reichersdorf is hardly used and offers a wonderful view.

This is a beautiful road with a gentle climb through the forest. This is followed by a wonderful descent to Moosach.

The route is simply beautiful to cycle on, the surface is good and there are hardly any annoying cars here.

The baroque church is worth visiting just because of the history of the two saints, St. Marinus and Anianus. The burial site is one of the oldest Christian places of worship in Bavaria and has been a place of pilgrimage for over 1,000 years. Many people only see the gem from the A8 when they speed down the Irschenberg to Italy

Basically a nice cycle path with good asphalt through a beautiful landscape (including a distant view of the Mangfall valley). Motorized traffic is only to be expected from the few local residents. The climb in the lower part really gets your pulse racing. Cyclists coming from above can be a bit annoying when you're struggling to stay in your lane. But that wasn't an issue on a beautiful spring Saturday in mid-April. Recommended!
