Nestled between the church and the village, the Étournelles vegetable garden in Breuil-le-Sec, created in 1851 by landscaper Louis-Sulpice Varé, retains the charm of its original English-style garden. Behind its high walls, eight squares bordered by boxwood are planted with vegetables, fruits, and flowers in a perfect balance between aesthetics and production. Maintained continuously for over 160 years, this rare, nourishing garden has been listed in the Inventory of Historic Monuments since 2004.

The Church of Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul is a Catholic parish church located in Jaux, in the Oise department, France. It was built, for its oldest parts, in the 12th century. Following the ravages of the Hundred Years' War, the building was partly rebuilt in the 16th century. There is no must-see at the published position. The name is wrong. The only must-see nearby is the Old Saint-Joseph Hospital. This is a neoclassical building designed around 1842 by the architect Moïse Weil. Before being converted into a hospital, the establishment housed a teaching house founded by the Sisters of the Congregation of Saint-Joseph of Cluny. The convent chapel is finished with a flat chevet which, however, offers a privileged place for the development of a monumental painting composed in the manner of a triptych. This work by the painter Amédée Dupuy Delaroche, classic in its design and iconography, is contemporary with the construction of the chapel.
