Beautiful little village nestled in the heart of the forest. The inn at La Bonne Idée is a great place to eat and stay; I have never been disappointed, I recommend it.

The Castle of Pierrefonds (French: Château de Pierrefonds) is an imposing castle near Pierrefonds on the south-west edge of the Forest of Compiègne, north of Paris between Villers-Cotterêts and Compiègne, in the l'Oise department.
