Beyond the small village of Karpfham, a beautiful landscape unfolds, crisscrossed by quiet country roads and offering stunning views stretching across to the Bavarian Forest and down to the Innviertel and Mühlviertel regions of Austria. It's well worth stopping every now and then to simply take in the scenery.

The Hotel Das Ludwig in Bad Griesbach is a well-known wellness and sports resort closely linked to the Bad Griesbach thermal baths and offers its guests extensive wellness, sports (golf, fitness, classes) and dining options, often in combination with the hotel's own thermal spa area or discounted admission to the large wellness spa.
