Founded in 1660, this group of buildings were dedicated to the metallurgical industry. Weapons were produced there and the quality of the steel from the Forges de Pesmes was recognized. The terrace is located at the western end of the main building of the chateau. It occupies a strategic location in the landscape, on the heights overlooking the Ognon.
