The parish church of St. Michael, with its distinctive tower, dominates the townscape of Gumpoldskirchen. This late Gothic fortified church tells the story of the wine-growing village's long history and is easily visible from the surrounding hiking trails. A worthwhile detour to enjoy both the architecture and the view.

From the Kahlkopf, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Vienna Woods and the Triesting Valley. The open summit offers unobstructed views of the surrounding rolling hills and, on a clear day, all the way to the Vienna Basin. A quiet, panoramic spot, it's perfect for a short rest.

The Iron Gate is the striking summit of the Hoher Lindkogel (836 m) and a popular destination in the Vienna Woods. At the top, you'll enjoy sweeping views over the Vienna Basin and the Alpine foothills, as well as the nearby Sina Lookout. A classic hiking destination that ideally combines nature, history, and panoramic views.
