It was the place where many peace treaties and royal edicts were signed. Located in the center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye in the Yvelines, it is now dedicated to the National Archeology Museum. Part of my commuting road ;) Really good way to go from Maisons Laffitte / Sartrouville to Saint Germain & beyond. You can actually follow this way along the river from Sartrouville to the Bezons bridge.

Super pleasant towpath, except the WE because there are quickly too many people. But during the week it is a real happiness. 🤗 And for die-hards, there is even a small bumpy single in parallel. 🥰
