A not very well-known spot, but nice to discover, especially when you continue the path (see photo), because in autumn, the scenery is worthy of Lord of the Rings.

Beautiful waterfall in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park. The falls are particularly impressive after a period of rain. Its name comes from a rock located near the waterfall, and means "the rock of babies". Legend has it that couples went to get their baby at the Bubalafels.

The waterfall had little water when we visited in early September, but the walk is still worth it because the surroundings are beautiful, with water flowing everywhere, puddles and bridges. You can take a branch of the path and walk to a viewing point at the top of the waterfall.
