Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse is the small town that you see displayed everywhere in Paris, because it is the RER B Terminus (South track). But it could have been otherwise! You can even walk along the old Limours (or Sceaux) track. For some obscure reason, the track stops there, but the old track continues!

While the Chevreuse Valley is well-known to all nature lovers in the Paris region, the town that gave it its name is less well-known. Its rich heritage is nevertheless worth a visit, particularly the Château de la Madeleine which overlooks the city.
