The medieval village of Oingt, in the heart of the Pays des Pierres Dorées, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. From here you have a superb view of the village, as well as the Beaujolais vineyards.

Very nice arrival at the pass with a beautiful panorama of the villages of Pierres Dorées, and further away the Saône plain. On leaving you can continue towards the Col du Chêne or go back down into the valley.

The Saint-Joseph des Pierres Plantées chapel was built in 2015. It is attached to the town of Jarnioux, and overlooks the village of Oingt, one of the most beautiful villages in France. It is only accessible on foot.
