Right next to the lobby there is a bakery. They are used to welcoming cyclists. Everything is homemade, they are very nice. Table and chairs outside sheltered for eating. I've been there twice, never disappointed.

This village in the Norman Vexin region is utterly beautiful. Its central square, all curves, has many beautiful corbelled buildings to admire. The 17th-century wooden market halls are particularly noteworthy. This village, ranked among the most beautiful in France, is included in the Pays de Lyons region.

Small path in the woods very pleasant. Leads to a magnificent micro chapel typical of the region with its flint and orange bricks. There may be hikers, pay attention to the different users, thank you.

Lyons-la-Forêt is the former residence of the Dukes of Normandy. It is now one of the most beautiful villages in France and forms a harmonious, typically Norman overall picture. The central village square is simply gorgeous with its old half-timbered facades, 18th-century wooden market halls, fountain and cafes.
