This isolated church was built in the 8th century and is a good example of Romanesque architecture. After partially collapsing in the 18th century, it was restored in 1907 after being listed as a historical monument in 1903.

21 meters high, the Resistance Memorial overlooks the forests where the region's maquis were established. This place of memory has a crypt in which lie the bodies of the main leaders of the Charentais maquis. The National Necropolis extends around the Memorial over more than 2 ha. 2,026 resistance fighters or soldiers from the Second World War are buried there.

This building is a good example of a Charentaise church from the end of the 11th century - beginning of the 12th century. It essentially consists of a single barrel-vaulted nave and a cul-de-four sanctuary. The porch is very characteristic and has the particularity of having two tombs in the arches, which flank the main door. The bell tower is built above the choir. Inside, the capitals of the double arches are decorated with figures and foliage.

Logis built around 1580 within the walls of an older castle. The old buildings were demolished during the sale to the municipality in 1946. The latter restored the house and created a glazed room and a concrete staircase. This Renaissance dwelling was remodeled in 1617. Large windows were opened in the 18th century. The castle is square in plan, confined by four corbelled corner turrets, on molded consoles.

The church consists of a nave and a false square covered with paneling in place of their original cradles, as well as an apse under the bottom of the oven. The walls of the nave and the square have been partly rebuilt. Capitals decorated with foliage and animals. The facade is surmounted by a gable bearing a bell tower-arcade with two openings. Two statues-columns accompany the median bay. Above the band which serves as a window transom, two winged and lying animals, representing a lion and a bull. The tripartite division is marked by corner buttresses and pilasters framing the portal.
