A busy bridge with a truly beautiful view. Due to the large number of pedestrians, it's best to push your bike across the bridge. There are no trails leading to the highlight, as it's located in a residential area.

A beautiful, wide sandy beach, perfect for a break. Unfortunately, there are only bike paths leading there, not trails.

This section of the route is suitable not only for mountain bikes but also for road bikes. It's not a trail, but a wide paved path.

Viewpoint and calm off-season. Perfect for a stopover during a long outing.

Very beautiful lake and really calm out of season

3.5 kilometres long, Lake Aureilhan is one of the large Landes lakes located near the coast. Paths and trails allow you to go around it.

As you cross the bridge to the Flower Island, you enter a haven of peace surrounded by the calm waters of the Courant de Mimizan. The wooden bridge offers a picturesque route to this small island where you will find an abundance of wild flowers that bloom during the warmer months. You will enjoy the birdsong and the sound of the water, which add to the tranquility.
