A modest summit between Val Ferret and Val d'Entremont. From this summit you can enjoy magnificent views of the Valais mountains and the Mont Blanc range, all whilst being surrounded by a native population of chamois, ibex and marmots. The trails to this peak are magnificent, flowing alpine trails, following a high ridge above the valley, making it a great option for those looking for a rewarding and challenging day, in great and accessible mountain terrain .

At 2562m, Bec Rond is a summit that sits between Val Ferret and Val d'Entremont in canton Valais; you get gorgeous views from there on the Mont Blanc mountain ranges as well as on the Grand Combin/Vélan summits on the other side; Bec Rond is reachable on foot as well as skis in the Winter
