The parish church of Comano is dedicated to the Madonna and the «purification» is remembered. First documented in 1359, it was enlarged in several successive steps until it reached its present size around 1570. In the 17th century it was rebuilt in Baroque style, while the barrel vault of the nave was built in 1848. Important restorations in recent times, in the sixties. This remarkable construction ends in a square choir, on the north side of which the post-Romanesque bell tower rises with a pyramid roof. Nave with four bay windows with walls structured by columns and two chapels open at the sides, each dedicated to the Virgin and San Carlo; The choir is decorated with very rich stucco from 1625, made by Giovanni Antonio Marchi di Comano, while the scenes from the life of the Virgin Isidoro Bianchi di Campione, painted in trapezoidal panels, are attributed.
