Located in the heart of Le Bouchet, dominated by its castle, the Maison du Parc welcomes visitors to the renovated buildings of one of the castle's former farms. The materials used and the building's shape are a prime example of Brenne rural architecture. The Maison du Parc is a place to find information and explore. It includes a tourist information point, a video projection room, and a space for temporary exhibitions. There's also a shop with local products and a tasting room. There's also an outdoor picnic area with tables and benches.

The castle complex at Châtillon-sur-Indre includes numerous protected elements, including the Place du Vieux-Château. The castle played an important role in the struggles between Henry II of England and Philip Augustus. Henry II had a powerful fortress built between 1160 and 1185 (of which the slightly conical keep still remains today), which can be seen from afar as one approaches the town.

The Church of Saint-Genou is a perfect example of Romanesque architecture in the region. Note during the visit, the beautifully carved architectural sculptures inside and outside.

Saint-Genou Abbey was built in the 12th century and has been listed as a historical monument since 1862.
