This magnificent fountain with a carved stone arch at the entrance and entirely in stone inside is located under the Château de Terride on the north/west side. I know that in this sector there is the fountain of the Cordeliers I do not know if it is that there. After research on the internet it is indeed the CORDELIERS fountain.

Great place steeped in history with numerous options for coffee and a bite to eat....if you want a authentic French Market then head there on Monday mornings! Saveurs Des Couverts or No.20 are great for drinks. If you have time the cathedral is worth a look!

Super green lane (rising profile towards Lavelanet) with passage through tunnels (the green lane follows an old railway line). Recommended stopover in Chalabre and its sports café
