This small lake is located above the village of Maules, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. The Tour du Gibloux is a telecommunications antenna which offers a panoramic view of the summits of Gruyère and the Swiss plateau. The stairs that lead to the tower terrace will allow you to discover the history of the universe, the earth and life, while getting a mid-run exercise. The best time to visit is from March to August, when you can admire wildflowers and wildlife along the way.

The view of the lake is breathtaking, especially from the top of Gibloux hill, from where you can see the entire lake and the surrounding mountains. The lake changes color depending on the season and weather, going from blue to green and gray.
