Good connection and better than through the water

The Mühlekanal in Lauffohr is crossed here via a wooden footbridge. A short walk leads to a small island where you can listen to the rushing water and enjoy the peace and quiet.

A beautiful photo opportunity, no matter how many times you've driven past. A wooden walkway leads to the small island, offering a stunning view of the confluence of the Limmat and Aare rivers.

When you cross this wooden walkway onto a mini island, you can surrender to the tranquility. Listen to the lapping water, watch the ducks swim, perhaps close your eyes... On the left side from the front, the Limmat River flows into the Aare.

Very nice viewpoint, very nice people on the farm!

The Bürersteig Pass is located in the Jura Park Aargau. The Fricktaler Höhenweg runs over the 550 meter high pass and the hike to the Cheisacherturm is also signposted here. The pass is served by the B142 bus service from Gansingen and Remigen, the two villages north and south of the hill. Mönthal, which is also located at the foot of the Bürersteig and is often chosen as the destination for a hike to the Cheisacherturm, also has a bus service to the next largest towns in Aargau.
