The Rizzanese is a beautiful and wide river which winds at the bottom of a wild valley through the scrub and the forest. It is crossed via a pretty recently renovated bridge.

The path goes steeply down and comes to the river. The electric power station is nearby and there is an official sign on the road at the entrance warning against using the path and the river. No further comment!!!

Santa Lucia is a beautiful little place. Here you will find a mini market and a few restaurants. The war memorial on the square is something very special: The base of the statue consists of the rare and beautiful rock ball diorit.
