Windy ride to the Baa in Lynford, for bacon, cake and coffee. It must be a mast year, there are soo many apples, acorns and chestnuts on the trees.

Quite a chatty ride - we met a group of 3 riders doing the Further East Equinox ultra on Euston drove, they weren't really enjoying the sand. 🙉 We decided to do a bit of dot watching and found another rider at the bottom of Peddars Way. Then we rode done New Barton slip with another chap called Jacob, who was riding his cross bike down to Welwyn for the Eastern Cross league.
