Zusätzlich zu solchen "Bahntrassenwandern" oder "Bahnhof zu Bahnhof" Tagestouren gehe ich gelegentlich auch Mehrtagestouren wie zB den Maximiliansweg oder eine Isar-Donau-Inn Runde mit der eigenen Haustür als Start und Ziel.
Ich habe auch schon die jeweils höchsten Berge aller deutschen Bundesländer erklommen, und (bis jetzt) eine Alpenüberquerung genossen, von der Haustür bis ans Mittelmeer.

Three years ago, a cask of whisky in its first weeks of maturation greeted us at the Anton Karg House in the Kaisertal Valley, along with an invitation to reserve a bottle.
The maturation period is now over – unfortunately, so is the hut's season. So, take a day off and head to Kufstein!

The Oberland is cut off from rail traffic, so I head back to my favorite hiking station in Kufstein.
