If the coast and plains are reaching almost 40 °C, what better destination than the mountains?

Last week-end we went on a peak hunt in the Julian Alps. Day 1 was the classic climb to Jöf Fuart, and we made some friends on the way up 🐐

It took us quite an effort to get to Cadin di Dentro, were the bivouac is set: the access trails lack on management and the - increasingly frequent - heavy rains wash out many steep lawns.

After a long break, we're finally back to mountaineering! We took advantage of the perfect weather forecast to plan the crossing of the Friuli Dolomites. And we reached some peaks here and there, just to add some more climbing! Our poor legs were not that happy the next Monday.
