If you’re after a full body workout in the great outdoors, this 65-kilometre (40 mi) gravel ride is it, taking you from Bern’s centre into the beautiful landscapes of the Gürbetal. The start point on Bundesplatz allows you to take a detour to Bern's UNESCO-listed Old City.



Over cobblestones, past imposing

On this fantastic gravel ride in the heart of the Gantrisch Nature Park, you’ll discover rolling hills, meadows, forests and traditional Swiss villages. At almost 60 kilometres (37 mi), this route in the pre-alpine region invites you to enjoy a challenging day out with lots to discover.



Schwarzenburg

If you’re on the hunt for forest trails, quiet side roads and gravel paths, then you've come to the right place – the rustic Emmental region. The route is challenging, but rewards with views, pretty farmhouses and plenty of Emmental charm.

This two-day tour begins in the historic city of Fribourg and leads via national cycle route 4 to Schwarzenburg: your entry point to the Legendary Route. From here, you'll embark on a diverse e-bike tour through the legendary Gantrisch region with its five adventure stations.



The return journey from Kalchst

Start directly in Bern and immerse yourself in a mystical journey of discovery through the Gürbe Valley to the heart of the Gantrisch Nature Park. Along the way, you'll pass charming villages, open fields, and verdant forests, soon reaching the famous Vreneli village of Guggisberg, the Rüeggisberg monastery

On the approximately 50-kilometer-long Gantrisch Legends Route, discover five legend stations by e-bike and experience the history of the land and people of the Gantrisch Nature Park with all your senses.
