The detour takes some secondary roads from Benalúa until returning to the original track just before Gorafe.

Please be aware that just 4km after the start this track crosses the Guadiana Menor River, what depending on its flow it may not be possible. In case this happens just take the tarmac way parallel to the Fardes River until the road
