It's crazy. You wait 15 years for another inversion experience in Scotland, and then you experience something like that four times in four days 😅. Not to mention the amazing Brocken spectrum 🌈 on the ascent. Today's hike was short and sweet, as we're a bit tired after four tours in four days.

After a four-week hiking break due to the height of summer, today's tour took us back to our favorite region. The area around Billerbeck never gets boring, even if you've walked one or two of the trails several times. The only downside was the section past Möltgen Estate/Homoet House. From the trail

After skipping Beinn na Lap the day before yesterday, I drove to Corrour again despite the poor weather forecast, and I didn't regret it. Unfortunately, there were no blue skies today, but one shouldn't push one's luck too much. No wind, no rain – that's something to be happy with. The climb to the mountain saddle was very strenuous, and there were some nasty sections on both peaks.
