Today, on the recommendation of a hiker we met by chance yesterday, we set out on the Litermont summit hike. A very good decision! Around 24 kilometers from our accommodation, it's easily accessible and, at 10 kilometers long, just the right route for a half-day outdoors.

After a really good breakfast at our accommodation in Weiskirchen, we drove to the parking lot in Waldhölzbach. From there, we set off on the Felsenweg dream loop, which initially converges with the Zwei-TÀler-Weg for a while.

The starting point was the Schöllerhof hiking car park. After a good 40 minutes, we reached the Thomashof â the perfect place for a leisurely breakfast. Plentiful, delicious, and very relaxing... perhaps a little too plentiful for the rest of the hike, as the start after that wasn't all that easy
