Zur Wallfahrtskirche auf dem Bleidenberg in Oberfell
Seit Wochen war ich wegen diverser Widrigkeiten nicht mehr ernsthaft unterwegs. Aber heute paßte noch mal alles, so daß ich die Wallfahrtskirche Bleidenberg besucht habe, von deren Existenz ich erst kürzlich durch einen kleinen Artikel erfahren hatte.
Hin und zurück ging es über das Maifeld.

Day two of my little bikepacking excursion, today with the goal of getting to know the area a little better. I headed to the Endert and Kaulenbach, both very worth seeing! The Endert is great for cycling, even uphill and on lighter bikes. The path up along the Kaulenbach was considerably rougher.

Mendig—Nette—Mülheim-Kärlich—Nette—Mendig
Mein geliebtes Gravelbike benötigt nach zig tausend Kilometern dringend eine Generalsanierung und wartet auf seinen Termin in der Werkstatt. Daher habe ich schon heute, vor Ende der Schänwetter-Saison, das MTB entmottet und damit das gute Wetter für eine etwas längere Ausfahrt genutzt.

Hunsrück, Loreley und Kamp-Bornhofen
Das gute Wetter heute habe ich noch mal für die vielleicht (vor-)letzte tagesfüllende Radtour des Jahres genutzt.
Auf schnellem Wege erreiche über Maifeld-Radweg und Schrumpftal das Moseltal.
Ab Brodenbach schlängele ich mich auf einer Kreisstraße hoch in den Hunsrück - sehr schön und empfehlenswert!
Danach geht es etwas weniger steil…

It's a nice idea to cycle up to the Loreley. Now that the exhibition hall with the crystal roof is finally finished, I could take some photos for our project documentation.

Kontemplatives Cruisen nach Köln
Nach der langen Pause wollte ich heute sehen, ob ich überhaupt noch lange Touren fahren kann. Dafür habe ich mir eine recht einfache, aber lange Runde nach Köln rausgesucht.

数ヶ月ぶりに、まともなサイクリングツアーへ。それまでは天候が悪すぎたり、やる気が出なかったり、時間が足りなかったりしたため... EichからOchtendungの少し手前まで、荒れた地形を走りました。時間のため、OchtendungからはNette沿いに走り続ける代わりに、Maifeld-Radwegで残りのコースを簡略化しました。
