Über Sulza, Tröbnitz zum Trinkwasserbrunnen am Marktplatz Stadtroda
Zu Start geht es über den schönen Radweg durch's Jenaer Paradies und das Saaletal entlang richtung Maua.

Von Jena nach Camburg
Schöne Tour auf den Radweg durch das Saaletal. Man ist meist abseits der Straße nur auf den letzen Stück kurz vor Cambug ist die Straße besser. Außerdem ist ein Teil der Straße (Dorburgerschlösser) aktuell gesperrt, sodass der Verkehr recht dunn ist.

A beautiful tour along the cycle path through the Saale Valley. You're mostly off the road, but the road is better on the last stretch just before Camburg. Also, part of the road (Dorburg Castles) is currently closed, so traffic is quite light.

Tour Rund um den Johannisberg
Kleine Tour Rund um den Johannisberg. Von Alt-Lobeda aus geht's langsam durchs Pennickental Bergauf Richtung Fürstenbrunnen. Dort ist Zeit für eine Pause. Danach folgt ein guter Anstieg hoch auf's Plateauaus bis zur Sommerlinde.

A short tour around Johannisberg. From Alt-Lobeda, the trail slowly climbs through the Pennickental valley toward Fürstenbrunnen. There's time for a break. This is followed by a steep climb up the plateau to the Sommerlinde tree.
From there, you can return to Jena via Drackendorf or, like me, through the forest toward Lobdeburg.

Der Hinweg geht immer schön an der Saale entlang. Meinstens passt das nur in Großpürschütz muss man kurz suchen.
Der Rückweg war dann aus von Orlamünde bis Schöpps auf der B88. Dann ging es wieder auf dem Fahrradweg und an der Saale zurück bis nach Jena.

The outward route follows the beautiful Saale River. Usually, it only fits in Großpürschütz, but you have to search for a bit.
The return route was from Orlamünde to Schöpps on the B88. Then it was back on the bike path and along the Saale River back to Jena.

von Dahlen über Weise Elster und Saalerad-weg nach Jena
Richtung Leipzig geht es durch kleine Ortschaften und Nebenstraßen entlang. Nur einmal kurz muss man auf die B6 ausweichen.
Ab Leipzig geht der Weg na der Luppe entlang. Der erst sehr schöne Weg wird bald zum Schotterweg und dann nicht mehr befahrbar. Schade. Bald geht es aber auf dem Randweg…

The route towards Leipzig passes through small villages and back roads. You only have to briefly detour onto the B6.
From Leipzig, the route follows the Luppe River. The initially very beautiful path soon becomes a gravel road and then no longer passable. A shame. Soon, however, you'll be on the edge

Canyon Rio Sass
Geführte Tour mit Stegen und engen Pfaden durch den Canyon. Der Guide erklärt recht viel. Beim richtigen Licht kann man die rote Verfärbung gut sehen, bei uns leider nicht.
Ansonsten ist es ein sehr beeindruckendes Spiel des Wasser.

A guided tour with boardwalks and narrow paths through the canyon. The guide explains a lot. In the right light, you can clearly see the red color, but unfortunately, not in our case.
Otherwise, it's a very impressive play of water.
