Route highlights : -Col des Aravis via singletrack, then the majestic Route de la Soif -A technical descent from l’Arpettaz, then the road climb to Crest-Voland, opening into the gravel Route de la Palette and the stunning domain of the Espace Diamant -Flow and fun through the bike park trails down to Saisies before a food stop at Restaurant La Cavale (km53). -From Saisies, along the beautiful Route de Crête & Col de Very -Descent to Megève, then a final push over the Col des Aravis, finishing with an alpine gravel descent back to La Clusaz

The Col de la Faucille might be one of the most famous climbs in the region - with 41 Tour de France appearances - however, the road leading up to it is too busy (and smooth) for our taste. So this will be a day for your widest tyres and easiest gears. The beers will be hard-earned. Col de Crozet and Col de la Faucille are on the menu. If the climbs don’t take your breath away, the views will do so. Oh and of course an (easy) loop in the Montrond MTB park at the top! After traversing the characteristic Jura plateau on hilly gravel and tiny roads, reaching the last big viewpoint of the day - Fruitières de Nyon - before heading back down on some flowy single trails. After the serious climbing, our LGC-featured Mont Mourex trail will seem like just a hump. A healthy dose of rooty riverside single trails (that you wouldn’t expect to find this close to Geneva) leads to our generous friends at the Vélosophe bike shop in Prégny-Chambésy for cold beers and hot coffee. Good to have: - big cassette - appropriate tires - tubeless - sufficient food, water, and clothing layers - Good mood
