Many beautiful, small, old former fishermen's houses are pressed against the Elbe slope below the Sülberg. Views over the wide Elbe. There should be 5000 steps here.
You feel reminded of Italy.

The stair quarter in Blankenese is characterized by winding streets, beautiful houses and many steps directly on the Elbe slope. Once at the top point, the visitor has a sweeping view of the Elbe. The Elbe beach invites you to take a walk. The former fishing village also has an interesting history, since it was once Danish, Austrian and Prussian.
