The Serio waterfalls are among the most particular that exist in Italy. With their jump of over 300 metres, they are among the highest in Europe. Furthermore, the waterfalls are formed only 5 times a year, on pre-established dates, as a result of the opening of the dam. Fun fact: they are the waterfalls that are the backdrop to the film "Call me by your name".

Famous waterfalls formed by the Serio river, a few kilometers after its birth (Passo del Serio), in the municipality of Valbondione: the head of the waterfall is at 1715m, not far from the Curò refuge. The waterfalls are over 300m high and are divided into 3 jumps.

The Serio River Falls are only open 2-3 times a year, especially in summer. They are worth seeing because they are among the largest and most spectacular in Europe, and the low point of the Maslana Observatory is the best place to see them!

The Serio Falls are formed by the homonymous river a few kilometers after its birth, in the Orobie Alps, in the province of Bergamo. They are located at about 1,750 m of altitude (head of the waterfall). They are located in the territory of Valbondione, in the upper Val Seriana. They are a total of 315 m high, divided into 3 jumps.
