Alp Ober Mürtschen 1721 m
The Mürtschenalp is located in the hiking area of the Glarusnord Walensee holiday region and in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage area Tectonic Arena Sardona around the Mürtschenstock. In this area you can also find the Queen of the Alps, the Swiss stone pine.

In view of the beautiful weather and the good weather conditions, I decided to get to the Schwarzstöckli via the Rotärd - Schilt - Schneeloch. The paths are no longer so clearly trodden, but the outdoor feeling is all the greater.
