where you can walk across the Hohe Geba and enjoy the unique panoramic view of the Hohe Rhön, the Grabfeld and over the Dolmar to the ridge of the Thuringian Forest.

Beautiful, spacious summit plateau. Can be hiked from several sides. We were only able to use the catering facilities C-19 to a limited extent (Rostbrätel and 🍺 Well, what more could you want?) In any case, great views if the weather cooperates. See you Sam 👋

You should bring some time for the Gebagipfel. Interesting is the star park, the Rhönkulturgarten, the Bergstüble with delicious Thuringian bratwurst, the beautiful views. The climbing park and playground are interesting for children.

For a long time, Hohe Geba was a Soviet Army base and a restricted military area. Today, only a few houses remain on the plateau, which are being modernized and offer overnight accommodations. The stamp hangs on a small museum, which was unfortunately closed during my visit.
