The ascent from the cable car valley station is straightforward and easy, unless you choose the left turn after crossing the ski slope (signposted). This climb is a bit more challenging but manageable and more scenic than the forest road.
For the return to the valley station, we chose a different route. This requires sturdy footwear and surefootedness for at least half the route. Hiking poles are also helpful here.

ハイキング
There was snow on the ground and the hiking trail was partially used by ski tourers and sledders… it was easily accessible in hiking boots. Not icy. It was quite cold on the chairlift.
