One of the largest DNT cabins that I know. And it has everything: from a double room to a dormitory, delicious food and even its own brewery in the basement. Not to forget the large "Tørkerom", the drying room for drying your wet clothes.
I spent two very comfortable nights here on a trip around Hardangerjøkulen, where I had to sit out the bad weather for a day.
The prices are typical for Norway but of course much cheaper than the two local hotels.

Large hostel with a great view, space for lots of hikers and tired cyclists. Make sure to reserve a place in advance - it's always very full in summer!

The Norwegian Trekking Association's cabin is located on the shore of Lake Finsevatnet and is highly recommended for both one- and multi-night stays. The cabin is an excellent starting point for various one-day and multi-day tours. The small town of Finse is located on the railway line from Oslo to Bergen, making arrival and departure relatively straightforward.
