Beautifully located in the valley, the Düssel flows directly past the mill pond. You can hardly miss the highlight and the adjoining Winkelsmühle on hikes in the area.

The three-storey main house of the Winkelsmühle was built from quarry stone. The outbuilding consists of quarry stone in the basement and half-timbered structures on the upper floor. The door on the east side used to lead to the utility rooms. The mill wheel is on the north side.

The Winkelsmühle has been a listed building since 1970.
In 2001, the area around the mill was declared a "water mill" ground monument. It is very likely that there are structural remains of the previous buildings in the ground. Notes are also provided

Nice old mill ensemble that is privately owned today. Nice that you can still walk through here. Hopefully, all hikers will take the consideration that the inhabitants ask for according to the attached signs, it would be desirable.
