Very steep and sometimes demanding descent.

At the height of the quarry you must expect impurities on the road, the two switchbacks in the lower part should be approached with moderate speed. The road surface on the inside of the curve is NOT in perfect condition !!!

I was glad to just have to go down and not up. At the bottom you can choose to turn left in the direction of Teck / Owen / Beuren, then right again on the B465 up to the Alb. Instead of the last option, it is better to drive to Oberlenningen and there take the blocked for through traffic crate on the Wielandstein.
